Upward trend in prices of Iceberg lettuces imported from Spain

How we have already informed the prices of Iceberg lettuce imported from Spain is rising. The upward trend lasts already for a few weeks and prices probably will be still growing.

On Thursday, 5 February on the wholesale market in Bronisze the price of Iceberg lettuce packed in boxes of 10 pieces reached 48 PLN (10.30 euro)/box. On the Dutch market the price of such lettuce is about 7.5 euro/box, but the supply is low.
