White cabbage from storage clamp adversely influence prices

The weather improved and as a result the supply of white cabbage is bigger. On the market cabbage from storage clamp appeared and prices decreased. On Friday, March 5, the purchase price of cabbage was from 0.60 PLN (0.15 €)/kg. However, the quality of cabbage from storage clamp is not good and many companies decided to leave prices at the level of 0.80 – 0.90 PLN (0.21-0.23 €)/kg but only for cabbage from cold storage. Only such cabbage is suitable for export and for retail chains.
