Will the price of lemon increase?

On Thursday, 18th December prices of lemons imported from Spain were from 0.72 to 0.79 euro/kg, but according to traders before Christmas prices will be still increasing.

On the market there are also many lemons imported from Turkey and their prices are lower - about 0.48 euro/kg. However their quality is worse than Spanish lemons. In 2007 the prices of lemons were higher due to their lower supply, e.g. the price of Spanish lemons was about 0.96 euro/kg.
