Winter onions more and more popular

Light winter caused that winter onions survived in good condition. More and more growers have been deciding to produce winter onions because they start harvest of onion earlier.

Area of production of such onions is about 700 ha and is still increasing. According to our own estimates area of production extended by tens of hectares last year.
