Higher demand for red onion
At the moment the price of red onion is 0.70 PLN (0.16 euro)/kg. In małopolskie province in the south of the country prices are even higher – 0.80-0.90 PLN (0.18-0.20 euro)/kg. 

Low prices of cabbages and onion
Price of onion is 0.20-0.25 PLN (0.045-0.056 euro)/kg. Prices of cabbages are following: 0.85 PLN (0.19 euro)/kg for Chinese cabbage, 0.14-0.20 PLN (0.031-0.045 euro)/kg for white cabbage, 0.40

Decrease in price of red onion.
The pace of downward trend is not as significant as for yellow onion but the supply of this kind of onion is also pretty higher than demand. The current price of red onion is 0.60-0.70 PLN
