Bigger movement on the market after holidays

The market of fruit and vegetables is slowly coming back to life after Easter holidays. Tuesday passed still calmly but on Wednesday there was more movement on the market.

Prices of most fruit and vegetables didn't differ considerably from those ones from last Friday but there are more traders which having sold supplies off, were buying more products, especially domestic tomatoes and cucumbers. Prices of these vegetables are decreasing and their supply is growing. On Wednesday, on the wholesale market in Bronisze, the price of tomatoes BB was 55 PLN (12.97 euro)/6 kg, and tomatoes BBB - 58 PLN (13.68 euro)/ 6kg. The price of long cucumbers was 3.50 PLN (0.82 euro)/kg and short ones - about 4 – 4.50 PLN (0.94-1.06 euro)/kg.
