Bigger supply of prunes

In the period of approaching Christmas there is bigger demand for dried fruit. The purchase price of prunes in surroundings of Nowy Sącz is about 1.02 euro/kg for plums with stones.

In podkarpackie province the purchase price of prunes is from 1.14 to 1.78 euro/kg. The price of prunes without stones is about 2.29 euro/kg. According to traders there are more prunes on the market than last year and it can result in price decrease.
