Carrot much cheaper than last season

Low prices and weak demand – it is briefly description of the situation on carrot market this season. The supply of carrots is high, so prices are unlikely to go up.  The export of carrot was also smaller than in the last season. Price of the best quality carrot, mechanically brushed is 1.10 – 1.20 PLN (0.28-0.30 €)/kg. In the corresponding time of last year when the supply of carrot was much lower, its prices reached 2.50 PLN (0.63 €)/kg.
