Cauliflowers: the lack of wholesale volumes

Because of the unfavourable weather conditions it is difficult to buy the wholesale amounts of cauliflowers. Some producers don’t offer cauliflowers at the moment.

The lack of cauliflowers on the market of course results in their prices increase. On Tuesday, September 23rd, prices of cauliflowers in cardboard boxes reached 0.60 EUR/piece. The weather forecasters predict an improvement in the weather so a few days of the sunny weather should cause that much large amounts of vegetables will appear on the market.
