Decrease in prices of bananas

The downward trend in prices of bananas imported from Ecuador has being observed for few weeks.  The average price of this fruit fell by 5 % within the last two weeks and further decrease is expected. Currently the price of bananas is 76-78 PLN (19.09-19.56 euro)/box. Prices of well known brand bananas such as Chiqiuta or Dole are much more expensive. They cost about 100 PLN (25.12 euro)/box.
