Early vegetables

In May wholesale volumes of Polish early vegetables are expected. Chinese cabbage is already sold at prices 1.70 - 2.00 PLN/kg. First lots of early headed cabbage will be available after 8th May.
On the market are already available small onion bulb and onion leaves at prices 0.70 – 0.90 PLN/bunch, parsley leaves at prices 0.80 – 1.00 PLN/bunch, dill at prices 0.75 – 0.85 PLN/bunch and young beet leaves at price 2.30 PLN/bunch. In May first deliveries of cauliflowers and iceberg lettuce will appear. Warm, springtime weather is favourable for vegetables growers.
