End of domestic cucumbers season

The season for domestic greenhouse cucumbers is almost finished. Polish cucumbers will be available about two weeks and then on the market there will be only imported cucumbers. Due to lower supply of domestic cucumbers their prices increase. On Tuesday the price of short cucumbers was 4.50-5.50 PLN (1.14-1.39 euro)/kg. Cucumbers imported from Spain are already cheaper. On Tuesday their price was 4.00-4.50 PLN (1.01-1.14 euro)/kg.
