Frozen vegetables: higher production, lower export

Frozen vegetables are the first among all processed vegetables in Poland e.g. the production of frozen vegetables in July 2008 amounted to 30 thousand t and was by about 22 percent higher than in July 2007.

However worse results were noted in the export of these products. 13.2 thousand t of frozen vegetables was exported in July 2008, while in July last year volume of export amounted to 16.1 thousand t.
