Further changes in prices of tomatoes and cucumbers

The beginning of the third week of May brought further changes in the prices of greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers. Prices of tomatoes fell, while prices of cucumbers increased.
On Monday, May 17, on the wholesale market in Bronisze the prices of tomatoes were as follows: from 27 to 29 PLN (6.72-7.21 €)/6 kg for size B, from 30 to 31 PLN (7.46-7.71 €)/6 kg for size BB and from 32 to 34 PLN (7.96-8.46 €)/6 kg for size BBB. Price of long cucumbers was 5.00 – 5.50 PLN (1.24-1.37 €)/kg and the price of short cucumbers was 5.50 - 5.80 PLN (1.37-1.44 €)/kg.
