Greenhouse cucumbers: in Mazowsze region prices increased

Cold nights and the lack of the sun had their impact on the growth of greenhouse cucumbers. At the bad weather staying for over 2 weeks, one can already observe decrease in the supply of cucumbers and in consequence the prices increase.

On Tuesday, September 23rd in Mazowsze region, the wholesale price of short cucumbers was 1.36 – 1.51 EUR/kg. The price of long cucumbers was 1.42 EUR/kg.
