Higher prices of parsley

As it is known, it is very difficult for many small producers of vegetables to prepare goods for sale when it is so cold outside. They have no conditions for that. Despite having small amounts of vegetables, their absence on the market causes significant decrease of  supply. It results in growing prices.

When the damand rises, as in case of washed parsley, prices also grow. This is why washed parsley goes up in price. Currently, the price of good quality parsley is over 2 PLN/ kg. In some regions like mazowieckie, kujawsko-pomorskie, lubelskie and łódzkie provinces price comes to 2.30 PLN/kg. It is still a bit cheaper in the south of Poland where price for washed parsley is 1.80 PLN/kg.
