Huge increase in price of sweet pepper

Demand for sweet peppers increased before coming Easter. It resulted in much higher prices. Additionally lower supply of pepper from Spain also contributed to prices growth . Price of red sweet pepper is 60-80 PLN (15.07-20.10 euro)/5 kg while at the beginning of April it was 35-50 PLN (8.79-12.56 euro)/box.
