Iceberg lettuces

On wholesale markets Iceberg lettuces both domestic and imported (from the Netherlands and Belgium) are available.

In Poznań wholesale price of domestic Iceberg lettuces in boxes of 10 pieces is 0.67 EUR/piece, and price of imported lettuces in cardboard boxes of 10 pieces is 0.86 EUR/piece. The import supplements too small supply of domestic lettuces. Quality of imported lettuces is better especially as regards their size and shelf life.
