Increase in prices of cucumbers

After a long period of decrease, prices of cucumbers started growing. On Wednesday, June 16 there was already lower supply of cucumbers on the market. In the central region of Poland (mazowieckie and łódzkie provinces) prices of cucumbers were 1.00-1.50 PLN (0.24-0.37 euro)/kg. In western Poland (wielkopolskie province) prices were 1.50-1.80 PLN (0.37-0.44 euro)/kg.
