However this downward trend was very short and G size tomatoes’ prices went up again from 36 - 37 PLN (8.00-8.22 euro)/ 6 kg to 42 - 43 PLN (9.33-9.55 euro)/6 kg. However increase in prices was not a result of bigger demand but higher costs of purchase and transport of product to Poland.
