Increase of prices of onions

 It was expected that the lower production of onions could cause the increase of their purchase prices. This week in małopolskie province purchase prices of early onions with cut leaves increase to about 0.31 EUR/kg (in bags of 5 kg).

During the same time of last year purchase price was about 0.0.28 EUR/kg. Minimum purchase prices of onions (0.26 EUR/kg) in bags of 5 kg are in podlaskie province.
