Low demand for butterhead lettuce

After the last week winter attack the weather has improved and the supply of new crop vegetables grows every day. It concerns also lettuces. However the demand for butterhead lettuce is surprisingly low. As a result prices of lettuce is also low. On Tuesday, the price was 0.50 PLN (0.13 euro)/pcs. while at the corresponding time of the last year the price was 1.50 PLN (0.39 euro)/pcs.
