Lower export of vegetables?

According to the newest forecasts IERiGZ-PIB in the season 2008/2009 the export of fresh vegetables can lower by about 10 percent to 440-450 thousand ton.

They predict that especially export of onion and root vegetables (carrot and beets) and cucumbers will reduce. On the other hand the export of brassicas (headed cabbage, Chinese cabbage, cauliflowers) is supposed to grow.
