Lower incomes from cherries export

Low crops of cherries in 2007 resulted in export decrease. In 2007 export amounted to only 2 000 tons and it was six times lower in comparison with that of 2006 which amounted to 12 000 tons.

Incomes from export were lower. In 2007 value of export was at level of 2.2 million EUR while in 2006 it amounted to 9.2 million EUR. The biggest volumes were exported to Lithuania, Czech Republic, Russia and Belgium.
