Lower supply of imported aubergine

The supply of Spanish aubergine is falling down. The end of the season, on the one hand, means problems with quality. On the other hand lower supply can be the reason of rising prices.

Now, thanks to good weather the amount of vegetables on the market is enough and prices remain stable. In Spain aubergine cost 0.85 EUR/kg.
