Moscow: increase in price of Dutch sweet pepper

At the beginning of the last week, on the wholesale market in Moscow, one could observe the increase in prices of pepper imported from Holland. Price of red sweet pepper increased from 90-95 rubles (2.21-2.33 euro) to 93-100 rubles (2.28-2.45 euro) per kg and the price of colour pepper - from 85-92 rubles (2.08-2.25 euro) up to 90-97 rubles (2.21-2.38 euro) per kg. By the end of the week further increase was noted. Price of pepper rose to 110-120 rubles (2.70-2.94 euro) per kg and price of colour ones to 100-110 rubles (2.45-2.70 euro) per kg .
