Moscow: increase in prices of Turkish mandarins

2010-12-14 00:00
In the Moscow market prices of mandarins imported from Turkey slightly increased. It was due to lack of the product of good quality. An additional factor contributing to rising prices was adverse weather conditions in Turkey.

The price of Turkish mandarins increased from 32-37 rubles to 40-45 rubles per kg.

Experts do not expect further rise in prices of Turkish fruit in the near future, because prices of Moroccan clementines are similar - 45-50 rubles per kg.
