Poland: cauliflowers more expensive than last year

The next heavy crop of cauliflowers finished what resulted in increase in their prices. In łodzkie province the purchase price of cauliflowers is 2.50 PLN (0.60 euro)/pcs., in surroundings of Nowy Sącz 1.70 PLN (0.41 euro)/pcs. and in the area of Białystok 2.40 - 2.60 PLN (0.57 -0.62 euro)/pcs.

In podkarpackie province the price of cauliflowers is fluctuating from 1.00 to 1.60 PLN (0.24-0.38 euro)/pcs. Compared to last year the average price of cauliflowers is higher by about 0.30 PLN (0.07 euro)/pcs.
