Poland: end of harvest of domestic cauliflowers and broccoli

The season of broccoli and cauliflowers is slowly ending. One can observe the lower supply of these vegetable both in the center of Poland as well as in małopolskie and lubelskie provinces.
Prices of cauliflowers packed into cartons increased to 1.60 – 2.00 PLN (0.38-0.47 euro)/pcs and prices of broccoli to 1.80 PLN (0.42 euro)/pcs. Processing plants also finished the purchase of cauliflowers and broccoli. Prices at the end of purchase was 0.90 – 1.15 PLN (0.21-0.27 euro)/kg for cauliflowers and 1.35 – 1.50 PLN (0.32-0.35 euro)/kg for broccoli.
