Poland: lower supply of cauliflowers, prices more stable

This year the acreage of cauliflowers cultivation is less and as a result the supply of these vegetables is lower and the prices are more stable On Thursday, June 18 the wholesale price of cauliflowers packed into cartons was 1.80 – 1.95 PLN (0.40–0.43 euro)/pcs.

Prices of cauliflowers are going down, but the pace of decrease is much slower than in the corresponding period last year.
