Poland: price of carrot has downward trend

The large supply and good weather caused that the price of carrots in the last month had a downward trend. On Thursday, September 17, prices of washed carrot were 0.45 - 0.90 PLN (0.11-0.22 euro)/kg depending on the quality.

The demand for carrot is quite big both on domestic market and for export, especially compared to other root vegetables.
