Poland: prices of plums for processing

In dolnośląskie province the purchase price of plums for processing (variety Węgierka Łowicka) increased by 0.20 PLN (0.05 euro)/kg to 0.80 PLN (0.19 euro)/kg due to the lower supply of this variety.

However the price probably won’t increase more because the next variety of plums for processing (Węgierka Zwykła) already appeared on the market. In małopolskie province the average purchase price of these plums is 0.30 - 0.50 PLN (0.07-0.12 euro)/kg depending on the purpose.
