Poland: prices of tomatoes once again

We have already informed about upward trend in prices of tomatoes.

However, on Tuesday, October 6, the signals from the market was not quite clear. On the one hand in the center of Poland prices of tomatoes exceeded 25 PLN (5.98 euro)/carton 6 kg and reached even 28 PLN (6.70 euro)/carton. On the other hand, there are regions (e.g. near Kalisz), where prices stabilized at 20 - 22 PLN (4.78-5.26 euro)/carton. Overall, one can observe considerable uncertainty on the market.
