Poland: purchase of industrial apples

The purchase of industrial apples started a week ago. Early varieties of apples with bigger acidity are a valuable element of apple juice concentrate.

Purchase prices are stable at the level 0.14 – 0.15 PLN (0.033-0.35 euro)/kg.
