Poland: sour cherries trees will be cut down?

The purchase prices of sour cherries at level 0.50 – 0.60 (0.12-0.14 euro)/kg are catastrophic for fruit farmers. This year is the consecutive year when production of sour cherries is unprofitable.

Will fruit growers risk the next unprofitable year in 2010? Last year some of them already cut down sour cherries trees. One can expect that this year next trees will be cut down.
