Polish cucumbers from glasshouses already on the market

At the beginning there was limited supply of goods and due to that cucumbers were available only in a small wholesale. Currently, the situation has improved and the supply will also increase.

What is more, one can note that Polish cucumbers, despite high prices, will be more and more competitive in relation to Spanish ones. The price of Polish short cucumbers on Thursday was at level of 10 – 12 PLN/ kg. It is still a lot but the competition from Spain will decrease. Supply of Spanish cucumbers is falling down and it influences prices.
