Polish young beet leaves already on the market

On the market Polish young beet leaves are already sold. At the wholesale market in Poznań net prices are 2.30 - 2.40 PLN/bunch (150-200 g).

There is still lack of wholesale quantities of beet leaves and bigger amount are forecasted in May. In the end of May prices in purchasing centres will probably decrease to 0.80 - 1.00 PLN/bunch.
