Poor quality of parsley

The supply of good quality parsley is very low. Generally the stock of this vegetable is sufficient but most of the product should not to sell on the wholesale market. As a result prices are very different. The lowest price for washed parsley is 1.50 PLN (0.37 euro)/kg. The price of better quality product is at least 2.30 PLN (0.57 euro)/kg and the price of the best quality parsley is 3.00 PLN (0.75 euro)/kg.
