Price of parsnip for processing

Processing plants started buying the parsnip intended for frozen vegetables mixes. The productivity of parsnip is higher than parsley and the price of parsnip is much lower than price of parsley.

At the beginning of October the purchase price of parsley delivered to the plant was 0.25 euro/kg and the price of parsnip was three times lower (0.09 euro/kg).
