Prices of Golden Delicious

At the moment Golden Delicious is the most popular variety on Polish market. Wholesale prices of Golden can be even twice higher than prices of different varieties.

There is big demand for Golden from the Eastern countries like Russia and Ukraine and it is possible that demand can exceed the supply. On Monday, 17th November the prices of Polish Golden ranged from 0.27 to 0.35 euro/kg (including cardboard box). Prices of Golden variety on Western markets (France, the Netherlands) fluctuate from 0.70 to 0.95 euro/kg depending on size and of type of packaging.
