Purchase of cauliflowers and broccoli for processing

Improvement in the weather conditions (more rain) is contributing to better growth of broccoli and cauliflowers. In kujawsko-pomorskie province purchase of cauliflowers divided into pieces started at the beginning of the second decade of July.

Price of cauliflowers divided into pieces delivered to the plant was 0.31 EUR/kg and broccoli - 0.51 EUR/kg. Last year in the same period these vegetables were not still bought for the processing. Last year average purchase price of broccoli divided into pieces delivered to the plant was 0.38 EUR/kg, and price of cauliflowers was 0.30 EUR/kg.
