Purchase of wild strawberries

In lubelskie province a purchase of forest wild strawberries lasts. Purchase prices of these fruits delivered to the plant fluctuate from 3.69 to 4.00 EUR/kg. At present supply of forest wild strawberries is lowering and it will grow again in the end of August and at the beginning of September.

Purchase prices increased by about 0.46 EUR/kg in comparison with those of last year. Wild strawberries are more and more important product in milk industry as an ingredient of yogurts and ice-cream.
