Red Globe - lack of fruits on the market

In last days grapes Red Globe from Peru disapeared from offer. They were available in Poland but price increase was suprising - 35% per kg.

it can be noticed that this week stituation on the Polish market is same as in Holland where Red Globe isn't available. Insted of Dutch fruits importers offer those from Chile. At the moment Chilean grapes are much more expensive than Peruvian ones and packed in smaller boxes - 4.5 kg. however prices are expected to drop.

Now Red Globe from Chile costs 45.00 - 48.00 PLN / 4.5 kg.

White grapes from South Africa are still availabe but prices increased at 33%. Current price of Thompson is at the level of 55.00 - 57.00 PLN / 4.5 kg.
