Shampion only from cold stores

Shampion is one of the most popular varieties in Poland. Apples of this variety are very tasty and sweet, but they quickly loses their firmness. After a few months in ordinary stores apples are soft and their juiciness is poor.
This is serious disadvantage of this variety, and now the demand for Shampion from ordinary stores is low.

In the area of Grójec some companies still buy apples from stores at the price 0.60 PLN (0.15 €)/kg for size 70 +, and in the area of Lublin and Sandomierz at the price of 0.55 PLN (0.14 €)/kg also for size 70 +.

But the majority of purchasing companies are interested only in Shampion from cold stores. In the area of Grójec apples size 70 + and 80 + are in the biggest demand and their purchase price is 0.90 PLN (0.22 €)/kg.

Near Wilga the purchase price of Shampion from cold stores is 0.65 - 0.70 PLN (0.16-0.17 €)/kg for size 70 + and in the area of Lublin and Sandomierz its purchase price is 0.70 PLN (0.17 €)/kg for size 70 +.
