Stable prices of potatoes

Wholesale prices of potatoes were stable during last weeks. The supply of good quality potatoes is rather low in this season and only such potatoes reach relatively good prices.
The price of cheaper yellow varieties is 0.50 – 0.70 PLN (0.12-0.17 €)/kg depending on their quality and area of the country. The most expensive white potatoes reach 0.80 PLN (0.20 €)/kg.
Imported potatoes are also available on the market. On the wholesale market in Bronisze the price of potatoes imported from France is 20 PLN (5.00 €)/25 kg.
