Stable situation on the citrus fruits market

Imorters say that prices are possible to change just before Easter. Demand should increase then and prices will go up. However it is not sure.

Currently prices of particular citrus fruits remain stable. Lemons available in small wholesale (offered by direct importers) cost 40.00 - 46.00 PLN/ 10 kg box. Red grapefruits from Israel cost 50.00 58.00 PLN/ 16 kg box. Price of Florida grapefruits (USA) has also stabilized and now it is 110.00 - 115.00 PLN/ 17.5 kg box, depending on importer.

Spanish mandarines are offered at the price of 30.00 - 42.00 PLN/ 10 kg box (I class). Fruits of II class are available from 15.00 PLN/ 10 kg (depending on size).

Oranges from Spain cost between 38.00 - 48.00 PLN/ 10 kg box. Those packed in 1 kg bags (small size) cost 56.00 - 59.00 PLN/ 20 kg.
