Sweet pepper in demand

At the moment there are no problems with the quality of bell pepper. However if the rainy weather continues it can cause worsening the quality.  As regards prices of pepper, they were slowly falling in the last period . However this fall is not a result of poor demand but rather of growing supply. Moreover prices of sweet pepper are influenced by general downward trend in prices of all vegetables. On Tuesday, August 9, prices of sweet pepper were following: 3.30-3.60 PLN (0.80-0.88 euro)/kg for red, 3.40 - 3.60 PLN (0.83-0.88 euro)/kg for yellow, 2.20 - 2.60 PLN (0.54-0.63 euro)/kg for white, and 1.80 - 2.30 PLN (0.44-0.56 euro)/kg for green.
