The Dutch love Polish strawberries

Poland exports big volumes of cooled strawberries next to deep-frozen ones. 24 thousand tons were sold in 2006, in 2007 this volume decreased to 17,3 thousand tons due to bad crops.

The Dutch import the biggest amount of cooled strawberries from Poland. Export of this kind of strawberries to Holland was at level of 28% and in 2007 it increased to 34%.
