Ukraine: customs duty on apples rises

Since Friday, 6 March Ukraine raises the customs duty on apples. The duty will be at level 13%, but in April a next rise is expected.

It will result in worsening the profitability of the export of apples to Ukraine. The fact that the customs duty rises at the beginning of March wasn't a secret. Importers from Ukraine tried to buy big quantities of apples during last few days.
