Very low demand for parsley

Parsley is one of vegetables which prices increased in February due to smaller supply. When the weather got better the supply also increased.

Unfortunately the demand is low. It seems to be even worse than in winter. Such situation caused lower prices. Washed and brushed parsley in the peak moment cost over 2.50 PLN/kg. Currently the drop is significant. Mentioned parsley cost 2.00 – 2.20 PLN/kg, however there are producers who don’t want to decrease prices. On the other hand purchasers don’t want to pay more than 1.80 – 2.00 PLN/kg.
